Opening reservation for "Alice and the White Rabbit" JSK in Ivory

A single reservation will be open tonight at 9pm and ending at midnight. Please check the "Reservation" page at the top bar to view the full details.

For those of you who do not make it, you will be put on a waiting list in case the first person backs out or is unable to pay. Otherwise, you will automatically be entered into a drawing for a free gift! Just for showing interest.

Good luck to everyone and thank you for showing your interest. Other items that I will put up for sale will be on my Etsy site very soon. I understand that it's getting very close to Christmas so I'm not sure if putting these items up now will help, but if I do not put them up, expect them to be on the site on the 27th.

Thanks again everyone! <3

DoV, Sample JSK, Reservations

Hello all!

It has been a whole week since Dances of Vice "The Secret Life of Toys" and I have to say, it was fantastic. The event was held at Rebel in Manhattan, a very small and intimate club located just under the garment district, near FIT. Many local lolitas from the New York City area came out to enjoy the event and at the end of the evening, Kelsey Hine of I Do Declare had her amazing fashion show. Unfortunately, I was unable to get any photos for myself since the batteries died. But here is one obligatory photo of myself and a few friends, just our legs though. Photo courtesy of Michael Blase.

So I spent all of this week sewing up a storm! I finally got all the materials needed and the sample JSK is finally finished of the "Alice and the White Rabbit" print. A high waisted skirt version is also near completion. The high waisted skirt will be available for sale and a JSK in the ivory colorway will also be available soon. Photos to come very soon! I need to get a good looking back drop before I show anything.

With all of that said, I will open up reservation for the Ivory JSK in the next few days. The high waisted skirt will either be posted here for sale, or on my Etsy. Matching headbows and jewelry will also be available soon as well.

Please check back at the "Whats New" and "Reservations" tabs at the top of the blog for any updates!

About the "Alice and the White Rabbit" print

Hi everyone! I seem to have a few of you confused. I stated in a previous entry that this was fabric that I found and got the last of, since it is no longer in print. I wish more was made or available. I do plan on making my own prints in the near future, so this is just a start up. Thank you for your interest!

For those of you wondering about prices, please read my terms and conditions page up at the top bar. I hope to have the sample done by mid Dec.

Stay tuned! <3

"Alice and the White Rabbit" Concept designs and Fabric!

I just received my fabric today in the mail! It is absolutely stunning! I got 5 yards of the pale pink and 3 and a half yards of the ivory. The weight and hand of the fabric is very soft and is the exact quality of brand. The weave is twill and the colors are just gorgeous.

The soft pale pink in which I will call "Tea Rose"

And the ivory which has a lighter pink colorway to the roses and bows.

And finally the concept design for a JSK and matching accessories. This design is not final and I may end up changing a few small details here and there, but I want it to be very elegant and classic with a few touches of sweetness.

Once my sample JSK and possible matching headbow is done. I will open it to reserves for two more JSKs, or a JSK and a high waist skirt. Only two items will be available along with a few matching accessories. Please stay tuned! <3

Just to start things off~

So I've had this idea in my head for a long while about starting my own line/brand. After all, I got a degree in fashion and want to go into designing my own clothing. I've already made a few items to up my sewing skills and willing to make more. Right now, I've been working own my logo designs for Little Macaron, a sub-label of my Sakura Kiss brand.

Here are a few design concepts for Little Macaron. I still have a few more I want to put on paper. But nothing is final yet and the end result won't be until I can take it into photoshop.

This is my 2nd design, the first one got scraped but it's basically the same thing cept a different top to the crown.

This is the 3rd design. Different crown. I'm drawing the 4th one now, tweaking the L and M and maybe the bow at the bottom as well.

More posts to come soon!
